This Berry Sweet Yogurt Bark recipe is a delicious way to show some love to your loved ones this Valentine's day.  This is an easy snack recipe that you can get creative with. You can add in your choice of toppings like chocolate chips, nuts/seeds, heart sprinkles, & more. It's packed with protein from the Greek yogurt along with fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants from the fruit! Especially if you have little ones at home, this can be a great activity to explore different fun flavors and textures!

Berry Sweet Yogurt Bark Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt (coconut or vanilla flavored yogurt. I used Two Good Greek yogurt)

  • 1 tbsp. pomegranate arils

  • 2 tbsp. blueberries 

  • 3 strawberries

  • 2 tbsp. granola and or mixed nuts 

  • 1 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Pink and red sprinkles

Directions

  1. Spread out 1 cup of yogurt on parchment paper( about 1/4 inch thick).

  2. Slice strawberries in half then into a heart shape. Scatter the strawberries over the yogurt along with nuts, granola, pomegranate, blueberries, chocolate chips, and lastly sprinkles. 

  3. Freeze for 3+ hours or until the yogurt is solid.

  4. Break the yogurt into large pieces with your hands and serve immediately. 

Recipe Notes:

  • For gluten-free yogurt bark, select certified-gluten free granola if you choose to add that.
