Surprise your sweetheart with a delicious Sweetheart Breakfast Parfait! This fun and festive breakfast includes layers of crunchy berry granola, vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and is topped with little pancake hearts.
Sweetheart Breakfast Parfait Recipe

1 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt for more protein)
1/2 cup Granola ( I used Nuthouse apple-cranberry granola)
2 tbsp. strawberry jam
1 pre-made medium sized pancake
1 small heart shaped cookie cutter
Prepare the strawberry hearts: gently pull the stem/leaves out of the top of the strawberry. Cut the strawberry in 1/2. At the top center of each strawberry 1/2, cut a small V shape to create a heart.
Prepare the pancake hearts: Use the small heart cookie cutter to cut small hearts out of the pancake.
Alternate strawberry half and pancake heart on a toothpick.
Divide and layer all ingredients(1/2 cup yogurt,1/4 cup granola, and 1 tbsp. jam) into each serving glass: granola, yogurt, granola, yogurt, dollop of strawberry jam.
For dairy-free version, you can use plain dairy free yogurt options.
If you have a gluten allergy, selecting certified gluten-free oats would be a better option.
