Whipped Feta and Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

1/3 cup crumbled feta
2 heaping tbsps. of plain nonfat yogurt or Greek yogurt
2-3 tbsp. whipped cream cheese
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh or dried herbs
1 tsp. chili flakes
2 Persian cucumbers, chopped
Blend the feta, cream cheese, olive oil, yogurt until almost smooth. Add a bit of yogurt/cream cheese if you want the spread to be creamier.
Stir in herbs and chili flakes.
On a slice of bread, spread a layer of the whipped feta and add a layer of cucumbers on top. Add another slice of bread on top to make a sandwich. You can cut the sandwich in 1/2 or other shapes with a cookie cutter.
