Fruity
Chia Infused
Water
Do you struggle with drinking water regularly or just don't enjoy plain water all the time?!
Refreshing infused waters can definitely help you up your water game!
Infusing water with various veggies, fruits, and even seeds can add great texture, flavor, and a dose of beneficial nutrients. Store-bought flavored water can come with artificial flavoring, coloring, and can even be a bit expensive. For this recipe, I used a refreshing mix of cucumbers, lime, and blueberries that provide nutrients like vitamin C and other beneficial antioxidants. I love adding chia seeds to my infused water since they are a great source of plant-based omega-3 fats. Chia seeds can also be beneficial for satiety and bowel regularity due to the soluble fiber content. This fruity chia infused water is perfect for daily use as well as a great drink to take on picnics, yoga session, & more!
