What's a better way to celebrate fall than enjoying aesthetically pleasing seasonal drinks like this delicious pumpkin spice blended cold brew.  A healthier homemade twist on a fall favorite, I created  this pumpkin spice drink with with 100% pumpkin puree, cold brew coffee, your choice of milk, vanilla, and maple syrup which pairs so well with pumpkin. This blend of ingredients yield a rich and creamy drink packed with all the comforting fall flavors you crave.
The Pumpkin Spice Blended Cold Brew is especially perfect to enjoy during the transition from September to October, when the chilly weather isn't quite here yet. Once the fall months get cooler, you can simply swap the cold brew with hot coffee and add in blended warm milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla and maple syrup for a warm pumpkin spice coffee drink. 
Pumpkin Spice Blended Cold Brew Recipe

  • 1 cup milk of your choice (I used 2% dairy. For dairy free, you can choose almond, oat, soy milk varieties)

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee

  • 1 tbsp. pure pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp. 100% maple syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice or cinnamon powder and nutmeg

  • Ice

  • Optional topping: whip of your choice (dairy or dairy-free)

  1.  Pour milk, cold brew, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla into a high speed blender until smooth and frothy. 

  2.  Pour the blended cold brew over ice, divide and sprinkle over pumpkin spice or cinnamon powder and nutmeg, and an optional whip topping.
